  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
